Hello, I’m Ms. Karen :)
I have taught neurotypical and neurodivergent students in public, private, and homeschool settings, both locally and internationally, for 15 years.
Facilitating meaningful learning while working closely with families to achieve lasting growth is what brings me joy. I believe all learners to be innately intelligent and my duty to elicit true learning. What matters is meeting students where they are and providing the proper tools, skills, and mindset for a confident future.
Every learner deserves a clear and supportive environment to excel.
I look forward to helping you and your child meet your goals!

Testimonials
(Parent References Available Upon Request)“I met Ms. Karen at my eldest son’s private school in 2014 and later reached out privately and eventually hired her as my two younger children’s homeschool teacher. Over the last 8 years, she has supported us from school to homeschooling and during our relocation from Hong Kong to Melbourne. She has aligned my kids learning needs to the changing benchmarks and we collaborate regularly. My kids graded 2 academic years ahead when we were ready to go back into school and she has written recommendation letters and compiled all their learning evidence for school entry. Her ability to plan and teach both in-person and online have allowed my children to live a fun and flexible lifestyle while staying curious and passionate about learning. I would absolutely recommend her to other students and parents!"

"Ms. Karen has taught my son since Grade 3 and will continue to be his University writing teacher! She’s not only tutored him all these years but helped us with university planning and applications and he’s not going to Glasgow University! She’s helped us beyond a subject tutor and I could not have imagined our journey without her. She’s caring, passionate, and a natural as she adapted from when my son was 8 until now being a teenager at 18! She even sent my son a graduation gift and I am so grateful. I never had to worry because everything was covered and she’d send me screenshots of their lessons. From my son’s mindset, understanding and how to plan his time and energy, covering many of his core and elective subjects as the years went on. He’s matured a lot under her mentorship and teaching and I am so glad we found her online many years ago now."
